MARTA HOSTS VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING TO PROVIDE UPDATE, GATHER FEEDBACK ON CAMPBELLTON CORRIDOR TRANSIT PROJECT

ATLANTA - The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is hosting a virtual public meeting to provide updates and receive input on the Campbellton Corridor Transit Project. The virtual meeting, accessible via web and phone, is scheduled for June 25 and begins at 6:30 p.m.

Due to ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19, MARTA has shifted all public meetings to a virtual format. This upcoming meeting will provide Campbellton Corridor residents, local business owners, and stakeholders with an opportunity to hear directly from the project team and provide valuable feedback on the transit project.

During the public meeting, participants will learn about the high-capacity transit options, proposed station locations, as well as next steps for the project. The project team will also be seeking input from meeting participants and answering questions about the project. Community stakeholders who are unable to attend can submit questions prior to the meeting via email to marnold-vhb@itsmarta.com. A virtual meeting room will be made available on MARTA’s website after the meeting for additional project information and to obtain feedback.
