Red Line suspended south of Medical Center Station

Time frame:
9:00 p.m. Friday, February 17 through the end of service on Wednesday, February 22

Alternate Travel:
MARTA Local and Express Bus Shuttles

  • Local bus shuttle: Medical Center, Buckhead, and Lenox Stations
  • Express bus shuttle: Non-stop between Medical Center and Lenox Stations
    Bus shuttles will not serve Lindbergh Center Station. Customers transferring between Red & Gold Lines should do so at Lenox Station.
  • The Buc shuttle: Consider Buckhead’s on-demand shuttle service for rides to and from MARTA’s Buckhead and Lenox stations. Learn more: https://www.bucride.org/

This service change is necessary while we replace our tracks that are located in the center of GA-400. Please view the video below for more information about this track replacement project. 

Red Line trains will resume service between North Springs and the Airport with reduced frequency (24-minute schedules) at 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 23 through the end of service on Saturday, February 25.
